    Qualitative description of the change
    Describe the change introduced by the new legislation regarding the specific area of economic empowerment. Follow this example: Law 050 of 2002 contains discriminatory provisions regarding the maximum working hours for women (35h) compared to men (40h); with the new Law 100 of 2023, both men and women will have equal maximum working hours (40h).
